I was here with my family 2 weeks ago, I had a wonderful time. The resort had a murder mystery show during dinner, in which the guest could participate. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, especially the salmon. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have an excellent family vacation.
Get a lot for your money. 2 meals per day, park passes and room. Food is good. Park is fun. Comfortable rooms.
I saw several reviews on here which are right on point! I urge the department of health to investigate this nasty place. This place most certainly have bed bugs! I saw bed bugs in my room and reported this to the resort owner. She claimed it was bugs from the woods which enter the room. Lie! Also the mattress had a huge dried urine stain on it. There are only 3 small towels in the room. The shower simple sprinkles out water. Please beware, if you don't want to bring bed bugs into your home DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Don't say I didn't warn you!
My family loved our stay! We stayed in June and had a great time, there's plenty to do here. The water park is fun during the day and at night, good movies outside and a cozy campfire are the perfect way to cap it off. The rooms were very nicely kept and the staff was super sweet.

It was a very family-oriented place, where my family felt at home. Very clean and neat rooms, with comfortable beds. I highly recommend visiting the Country Place Resort.
